Welcome to VJ Junior Movies (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”), including streaming, purchasing, or subscribing to content at https://vjjunior.com.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (together, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian if aged 13–17) to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it as necessary.
- We offer paid subscription plans. The price, term, and features are shown at checkout and/or on the “Membership Plan” page.
- By subscribing, you authorize us and/or our payment partners (e.g., PawaPay for Mobile Money, Paystack, Flutterwave, etc.) to charge your selected payment method.
- Prices and plan offerings may change. We will inform you of material price changes in advance where required by law.
- Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction and will be shown at checkout where possible.
2.1 Free Trials and Promotions
- If a free trial is offered, we will begin charging at the end of the trial unless you cancel before trial ends.
- Promotional offers are subject to additional terms and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
2.2 Cancellations and Refunds
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; access remains until the current paid period ends.
- Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. Where applicable law mandates refunds, we will comply with those requirements.
2.3 Mobile Money (PawaPay) and Other Gateways
- Mobile Money collection is supported for Uganda via PawaPay (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money). You must ensure your number is accurate and able to approve payment prompts.
- Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store full payment instrument details on our servers.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial streaming of content.
- Downloading, reproducing, redistributing, or public performance of content is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
You agree not to:
- Bypass or tamper with DRM or copy protection.
- Record, copy, scrape, or archive streams.
- Share your account or credentials, or allow unauthorised access.
- Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purposes (e.g., harassment, fraud, infringement).
- Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the Service.
- All content on the Service (including text, graphics, logos, videos, code) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Any trademarks, trade names, and logos are the property of their respective owners.
- If you submit comments, reviews, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.
- Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
7. Copyright and Takedown
- We respond to valid notices of alleged infringement in accordance with applicable law. To submit a notice, contact:

- The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- Streaming quality may vary based on your device, connection, and other factors.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
- Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VJ Junior Movies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of this Agreement.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or where required by law.
- Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends, but sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations) shall remain in effect.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
- Courts located in Uganda shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date and, where required, notify you in advance.
